Job Description

As a Client Support Specialist, you will support marketing and proposal initiatives by managing client communications, coordinating meetings, tracking leads, and preparing proposal documentation—focusing on precision, organization, and collaboration rather than traditional sales.

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday (Colombia Time: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Work setup: Work From Home/Remote, Colombia

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1–3 years of experience in client support
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to adapt to US communication styles
• Excellent email etiquette and professional client communication skills
• Comfort with proposal writing, document formatting, and maintaining indices such as the Proposal Index (PI)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Asana
• Strong organizational and client coordination skills
• Ability to assist with proposal preparation and documentation

Desired:

• Experience supporting business development or marketing teams in professional services such as engineering, architecture, or consulting

Your Daily Tasks

• Coordinate and attend internal and client-facing meetings, take notes, and manage follow-ups
• Assist in drafting and organizing proposals, checklists, and supporting documents
• Maintain and update Asana and the Proposal Index (PI)
• Conduct lead tracking, outreach emails, and contact management
• Support marketing efforts, including scheduling meetings, updating contact lists, and registering vendors
• Perform general administrative duties such as file management, scheduling, and coordination
• Participate in company meetings and training sessions
